Dawn Cazedessus

Realtor Estate CEO/Executive Consultant

Dawn launched her own business and scaled it into a franchise before taking on the challenge of leading the Mandeville Market Center and Hammond/Amite Business Center locations of Keller Williams as CEO.

Dawn then joined Legendary Leadership Consultants as an Executive Coach where she empowers founders, CEOs, and executives to maximize their influence and impact.

Her business and life coaching programs have helped many take their next step toward their lifetime goals and achieve success.

Phil Nicaud

Founder/CEO - Legendary Leadership Consultants

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Phil purchased and founded multiple businesses, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Phil then founded and currently serves as CEO of Legendary Leadership Consultants located in Mandeville, Louisiana. As chief strategist he has coached hundreds of top-level leaders across America. He leads his clients through a unique planning process that gives them a huge advantage in reaching their potential in every area of life.

Today Philip, his wife, Alisa and their five children live just north of New Orleans, Louisiana. The Nicaud family is involved in their community and passionate about serving others.
